Former S.T.A.R.S. captain and the man behind the Raccoon City disaster. Empowered by the Prototype virus, he plays every side at once — U.B.C.S., The 3rd Organization, his own. His endgame has never been survival. It has been godhood.

Survivor of the Spencer Mansion incident and founding member of the BSAA. Heavy weapons, heavier conscience. He has spent every year since 1998 hunting the bioterrorism Wesker set in motion — and settling the score.

A rookie cop who survived Raccoon City on his first day — and was recruited for it. Now a federal agent under D.S.O. control, dispatched into outbreaks the government pretends don't exist.

A spy whose employers change but whose motives never surface. Ada appears exactly when the outcome is at stake, takes what she was sent for, and vanishes. Wesker trusted her once. That was the point.

A pharmaceutical empire whose real product was extinction. Progenitor, T, G — every letter of the alphabet was a new way to end the world. Officially disbanded in 2007. Bio-weapons keep surfacing with its mark. So much for official.
